Sandin Conducts VR Workshop for MCA

Experience a hands-on introduction to virtual reality at UIC’s Electronic Visualization Laboratory, CAVE. The presentation by instructor, Dan Sandin will include an overview of what constitutes a virtual reality environment, the type of equipment used, and a description of its creation, from concept to final product. A number of virtual reality artworks will be demonstrated to illustrate and discuss the medium of virtual reality. Transportation from the MCA is included.
