EVL’s Ph.D. student, Xun Luo presented his research in machine learning and artificial intelligence in mobile computing / wearable systems at The 2006 International Conference on Machine Learning; Models, Technologies & Applications (MLMTA 2006). His paper, “Pervasive Web Community Structure Summarization: A Machine Learning Approach” addresses the research problem of finding web community structures of interest to a specific user using machine learning approaches.

MLMTA’06 is co-located with WORLDCOMP’06 (The 2006 World Congress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Applied Computing) - the largest annual gathering of researchers in computer science, computer engineering and applied computing, which is also considered among the premier venues for presentation / publication of advancements in these fields.
